Ok, so we may have traded in the flip-flops and sunnies for scarf’s and fluffy socks – but who said cooking alfresco is just for the summer?
There’s no need to banish your barbie to the back of the garden shed. Come rain or shine, BBQing is a great way to give your dinner a delicious twist. So brave the cold, wrap up warm and throw some meat on that grill!
And if you really can’t face the chill, you can always head indoors to really enjoy your BBQ feast. Then later on, why not cosy-up, toast some marshmallows and sip mugs of hot chocolate to round off your perfect winter barbecue?
So, will you brave the cold and get your grill on this winter? Have your say on the Crankie Twitter page.
But do make sure you follow our handy tips:
• British weather is always a bother. Put your Crankie somewhere sheltered – but not indoors! A Gazebo or garden umbrella both work great against wind and rain.
• WRAP UP! We don’t want you freezing outside in next to nothing. Throw on some layers, a hat and a thick coat…then get grilling!
• And lastly, enjoy! There’s nothing like a little taste of summer to banish those winter blues.
